RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

I want you to be completely satisfied with your Lavender Suds purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Once I have receive your returned items, I will issue a refund or exchange as requested.
